Founded and led by Wesley Geys, RISER CAPITAL (“RISER”) is a boutique real estate development and investment firm specializing in both multifamily and single-family residential projects. Based in the scenic Lowcountry of Beaufort, South Carolina, RISER combines local insight with national expertise to deliver exceptional results for clients, investors, and partners.

Wesley Geys
Wesley brings over 20 years of real estate acquisitions and development experience in the multifamily and single-family sectors. He has operated on both GP and LP sides, working alongside family offices, institutional investors, boutique firms, and large-scale master-planned community developers. His diverse skill set includes acquisitions, design, entitlements, permitting, construction management, capital markets, property management, and asset disposition.

Over the course of his career, Wesley has led the acquisition, design, and development of more than 6,700 multifamily units, representing a total value of approximately $2.3 billion. Guided by his deep industry knowledge and hands-on leadership, RISER is committed to creating value-driven projects.

STRATEGY

RISER is dedicated to developing high-quality real estate projects across the Southeast, with a focus on South Carolina, Georgia, and Florida.

Leveraging its internal capital, RISER specializes in ground up or value add opportunities, including luxury spec homes, townhomes, condos, market rate multifamily, single-family residential communities and land investments.

For select opportunities, RISER partners with third-party developers through joint ventures, providing both expertise and capital to bring projects to fruition.

As a flexible, entrepreneurial firm, RISER also offers a range of consulting services to support other developers in achieving their goals.
